Hypnosis is a means of inducing a level of consciousness that is characterized by relaxation and suggestibility. The purpose of hypnosis is to a provide a means of bypassing the critical thinking mind and accessing the suggestible subconscious mind.

It is simply an altered state you go into through deep relaxation methods. We all enter into a form of hypnotic trance on a daily basis, often when we are doing something that has been second nature to us like driving on a familiar route, washing the dishes or tying our shoe laces. When we allow our conscious thoughts to daydream, our subconscious mind becomes more open and receptive.


The conscious mind tries to use willpower to control behaviours, habits and beliefs but loses out to the subconscious minds greater influence.

The subconscious is non-judgemental and could be thought of as a computer hard drive of the brain, constantly being programmed with life's data. If you were aware of every single detail as your brain did this you would go into sensory overload and become completely overwhelmed, so your clever brain automatically filters most of the information and you just get the highlights. Now, just because you aren’t aware that a piece of information has been received it doesn’t mean it doesn’t exist. It has just been filtered by your clever brain. This can be what contributes to blocks and barriers you may experience in your life. Unconscious fears, feelings and belief systems are getting in the way and contradicting what your conscious mind wants, so in turn you find yourself getting “stuck”, repeating unresourceful patterns, or finding yourself in some form of discomfort, anxiety, or behavioural habit.

Hypnotherapy is like a submarine that can penetrate the surface to access and explore the hidden depths of your subconscious mind and then re-programme it with more desired patterns of behaviour, ultimately setting you free.

Your Investment

Initial Consultation


Your initial consultation is a 90 minute session where we will get to know each other and what you are wanting to achieve by the end of our sessions spent together. Over the sessions I use a number of techniques, modalities and processes both in and out of hypnosis depending on what you are wanting to work on. We will discuss what I will work through with you during the next session depending on the issue. We finish by ensuring you are feeling relaxed and calm. You will receive a follow up e-mail along with a hypnosis recording to begin your journey with.

Wellbeing Session


Following an initial consultation, all sessions are 45 - 60 minutes.

Although I would generally reccommend selecting a package it may not feel or be right for you. I have it covered with a 'Wellbeing Session' 

Think of this as a "top up" session for anything that comes up, or anything you wish to work on. 

We finish this session like all others - I invite you to ask any questions, give you an indication of what our following session would look like (if necessary) and you get to sip away on a beautiful herbal tea.


Payment Plans Available

Packages will range in investment and length dependant upon the situation.

All packages are tailored to your own unique needs and begin from three sessions all the way through to six sessions.
